This scalable enterprise-wide Project Management solution was written specifically for the IBM AS/400, i-Series platform. It is available in traditional and Client/Server versions.

Since no two companies track projects the same way, we do not force you to conform to a standard project template. You define the information you need to track. With over 200 customizable fields, any structure is supported. Track information on dates, amounts, groups, managers, locations or any other information important to your organization. You can even specify what fields are required entry when adding projects.
68 customizable tables are provided to ensure data integrity throughout your project databases. When your users create and maintain projects, the data they enter will be checked against these tables. No invalid data can be entered. All tables are completely windowable and supported by a maintenance program.

Scheduling:
Estimating, modeling and charting functions are included to create an accurate picture of how much a project will cost and how long it will take to complete. Analyze what-if scenarios to measure the effect of changes on cost or scope.
No matter how complex your task dependencies may be, APM can schedule your projects. With over 12 dependencies and unlimited resources per task, you can see who is working on what and when. If you are keeping track of labor costs and hours, these items will automatically update the charts showing you how much work has actually been performed, how much remains and the total cost.
Any changes made to the critical path will immediately be reflected throughout the chart. You can measure changes in schedule for any part of a project or a project as a whole.

Interfacing:
You can use your existing financial and materials system to take advantage of APM's powerful interfaces. See what has been ordered, received and invoiced on any project - along with all labor costs, automatically.
APM teams up with your existing financial systems to provide all of your project information automatically. We have interfaces that connect with most major vendor’s products to provide all of the detail.
With these in place, you will stay on top of all financial information, all the time. No waiting until the end of the month or until somebody updates a spreadsheet that gets passed on to somebody else who updates a file that...etc.
You will be able to run up-to-the-minute reports with the confidence that ALL of the purchase orders, invoices, labor charges, inventory and overhead allocations are there. Our interfaces ensure validity and eliminate duplicate work while speeding up the data collection process.
In addition, we can also provide you with interfaces that create fixed assets directly from your projects and update your Fixed Assets or General Ledger system automatically.
If your financial software vendor is not listed, we can create a custom interface to whatever package you are using, for a lot less money than you would expect.

Easy access to accurate information enables you to make effective decisions. Our report and inquiry writers let you craft literally thousands of different reports to provide that information. With access to more than 200 fields in the project database, reporting has never been easier. In seconds, you can provide management and staff with up-to-the minute custom status reports on any project. Check on Vendors, Purchase Orders, Invoices, Checks, Labor, Schedules and virtually anything else in your projects.
You can even save custom reports and inquiries to a special menu to run at will. Any approved user can select the report they need from a list and run it themselves without contacting anyone. Also, any user can learn to use the report writers in minutes, not days. So, it’s easy to get new people up to speed.
In addition, APM provides a number of standard project reports and inquiries as well as a PC download function.

Exporting:
Export exactly the information you need with APM's built-in download to the PC function. Select exactly the fields you want, their order, and how the data is sorted, prior to exporting. Import the file directly into Microsoft Excel, with no changes whatsoever.
You can save the export definition for later use, instead of recreating it every time. A report tells you how many records were exported prior to opening the file in Excel (in case it is too large).
